THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED BY CONSIGNOR: I commission you to sell the items listed here and on attached sheets (if applicable) to the highest bidder by public auction. Any deletions needing to be made must be communicated within 48 hours of the sale date. Failure to notify will result in a $20.00 fee applied to each deletion or change. I agree that all consigned items will be delivered by 9:00 a.m. of the sale date. If the consigned items are not delivered by 9:00 a.m. of the sale date, they will be assessed the $20.00 deletion fee. I certify that I am the owner of the items listed and that they are free from any encumbrances. I agree to accept all responsibility for providing merchandise title and for delivery of like to the purchaser. I agree to hold harmless the auctioneers against any claims of the nature referred to in the agreement.
